Small Renovation Projects

MVM specializes in small renovation projects such as when a tenant signs another lease term and receives Tenant Improvement (TI) allowances to update their space. This can usually include the following:

  • Paint and match

  • New carpet, tile or other flooring products

  • Updating electrical requirements

  • Updating HVAC requirements

  • Updating signage with new logo and color scheme

These small renovations are much too expensive for a contractor to do the work and manage all the other vendors involved and no other project management firms want to take on these smaller fee jobs. These projects can be done often by using subcontractors and usually do not need to be filed with the DOB (unless walls are being added or removed or additional sprinkler heads are required). MVM will get the job done fast and efficiently and will save you up to 70% on the overall construction cost of a standard build out.
